COSSA Foundation (COSSAF) was created to promote firearm safety and education in and around Central Oregon.  COSSAF’s goal is to create and support activities and opportunities to promote safe firearm handing and educate shooters to increase their safety and skill levels.

 
Key to this activity is make sure adequate and safe facilities are available in Central Oregon for shooters of all levels. COSSAF works to provide safe and friendly places for shooters by supporting ranges in and around Central Oregon.   
COSSAF is dedicated to leading an effort to providing support and financial assistance where needed to  local shooting ranges, qualified programs , organizations and individuals. The Foundation's principal focus is to provide funding for youth, women, new shooters and family-oriented hunting, shooting and educational activities.
